Tokyo Joe a.k.a. Snickers

We fell in love with this little guy while he was here and called him "Tokyo Joe". His new human calls him "Snickers". Whatever you call him, he is just too darn cute!

Peanut and Oreo

Not only are these two friends from Wild Side Pets, but their human companion, Kristy is a former Wild Side Pets employee. Thanks, Kristy!

Lorenzo

This is a photo of Lorenzo, one of Wild Side Pets Puppy Alumnii. Lorenzo has a 9 to 5 job on the stock exchange. His owners are thrilled!

Ozzie

We just heard from Ozzie's human and he is settled into his new home and life is good!

Maximus

We just got an update (Sept. 12, 2005) on Maximus. I think this is one cool pup! Please check out his "Dogster" page by clicking here.

Jake!

From Jakes owner:

'Jake's nickname is Jacob Tailchaser, since he is the fastest tail chaser around! We have had nothing but fun with him, and everyone we meet just thinks he is the cutest thing ever! Thank you for giving us such a joy in our home!'

Jake was definately a fave at Wild Side! We are so glad he found such a lovely home!

Simon!

Who remembers the Wild Side store cat Simon?! Simon lived with us at Wild Side Pet for 7years! Simon has now retired and now lives at home with us. He is a very happy, healthy and spoiled little man!

Handsome Percy!

''It has been almost a year since we adopted Percy from Wild Side Pets and we cannot imagine life without him! He has been enjoying the first glimmers of Spring sunshine and we wanted to share a picture of him in his favorite chair. Thank you so much for taking such good care of him!''

You're welcome! We think Percy is just beautiful!!

Felix!

From Felix's new owner: 'We couldn't imagine our family without him. Thank you guys for bringing him into our happy home!'

What a big boy you are now! We miss you! I'm sure you are very happy in your lovely new home.

Gaia aka Baby G

Former Wild Side kitty gives a big smile for the camera!

From her owner:
'She is happy, healthy, and a complete terror to our other dogs and cats. Shes one of the most amazing cats I have ever had. Thanks!'

Too cute!

Owen Quinn

This little chihuahua guy was adopted out last November. His owner Jessica tells us his favorite things to do are watching T.V and sunbathing! Owen you are just too cute.

Ava Rose! ^Owen Quinn's little sister

My morkie's name is Ava Rose. She is doing great. She loves to play with her
toys and watch dogs on TV. She also loves chasing birds and leaves!

Shih-A-Poo 'Cooper'

Cooper's new owners say he is a naughty little boy but they love him very much!

Daisy the Lhasa-Apso

I adopted a Lhasa Apso female puppy from your store in September as a gift for my Mom, and I wanted to let you guys know how she was doing!
We named her "Daisy Duke" after the character from the television show/movie, The Dukes of Hazzard. She loves her new home and my parents spoil her every chance they get (which she loves, of course!)
She was 3 lbs when I adopted her in September, and now she's almost 10 lbs., and very healthy. She has the cutest personality, and loves to play. Training her was shockingly easy. My first day I got her, she already understood the method of paper/puppy-pad training, and by her second week with my parents, she was completely house-trained. She responds to the normal commands of Sit and Stay, and as a bonus, she knows how to "shake hands" with her paw.
I attached a picture from my Blackberry of Daisy the first day I got her from your store, as well as a photo I took of her over the Thanksgiving holiday taking her for a walk in the park.

Thank you again for such a wonderful dog! She is the best!

Shih-A-Poo Apollo

Oh Apollo we miss you! We are so glad you found the loving family you deserve!

Ellie Mae's puppy- Elana, now named Lilee

Lilee came in to visit us just last week. She looks so much like her Mommy. Her new Mommy loves her so much.

Lucy :)

Doug and the Wild Side crew:

We bought a puggle this summer from Wild Side. In August, my husband and I got married, and Lucy has completed our family. She has a great temperament and loves everyone. Her favorite things to do include chasing tennis balls, getting treats out of her Kong, and running around the dog park. She is only 6 months old, but she already knows a plethora of tricks. Thank you so much!

Meme baby

This is Meme, DWSP 2008 alumni. She is a Mal-Shih. Meme’s owners are frequent visitors to the store. We are always happy to see Meme; she is a very good little doggy!

Maggie

Here is a picture of Chihuahua Maggie who moved to D.C with her new family a year and a half ago. Her family hope to get her a new little brother or sister one day!
In this picture she is on vacation in Avalon, N.J.
Isn't she just beautiful?!

Diva and her new little brother Romeo (formerly Pongo!)

Both of my puggles are from Wild Side! Diva is 5 (one of her puppy pics is in your Happy Tails section) and Romeo is 7months (formerly 'Pongo' when we got him from the store). They are the best and I'm thankful to Wild Side for connecting me to my little loves!

Zeke and Brinlee

My husband and I purchased a toy fox terrier/yorkie mix from your store on Feb. 2, 2006. Zeke is the sweetest, most spoiled little guy around. We also purchased a Parson Russell Terrier in August of 2006. Her name is Brinlee. They are both the best pups ever!

Ella!

Ella is a chi-chon who recently found her furever family. Her new Mommy and Daddy love her very much!

Miss Chloe

Chloe, a female Pomeranian from Fall of 2008, came in for her last nail trim before moving to New York with her parents. It was so fun watching you grow up, Chloe!

Rooney

I purchased my yellow lab puppy from you folks three weeks ago. At the store, he was named Marley, but now he is known as "Rooney," after the Pittsburgh Steeler's owner Dan Rooney. He has grown so much in three weeks!

Rooney is a wonderful puppy, and we are so glad to have him. I drove three and a half hours from Westminster, MD to purchase from your store, because of your wonderful reputation. My friend Ashley Bush purchased her dog, Cooper, over a year ago. She was very happy with your store. Thank you for providing us with a great pet! I also really appreciated all of the information that you sent home with us. It was very helpful to me as a first time dog owner.

I have attached some pictures of Rooney. Thank you!

Nicole Heinlein

Rooney again :)

Elanor A.K.A Ellie

Elanor, formerly Macee, has made herself at home! Thanks for a wonderful new family member!

Meatball!

Look who stopped b for a visit (and finally stood still for a pic!) We are so glad you are settling in your new home!

Rowdy!

He’s such a good boy!! He’s seriously one of the best dogs my family has ever owned: Extremely calm, well behaved, has the hang of going potty outside, no biting. He just follows me around all day- I’ll be taking him to work soon since Urban Outfitters Corporate is dog friendly!

He has a ton of toys, and even though our older dog is a little jealous, they get along pretty well. We renamed him Rowdy (though that doesn’t really describe him) and he’s just a great little friend. My younger brother eats lunch with him and then they go for a run everyday while I’m at work. Then he sits with my mom in her home office until I get home and we go for walks and to visit family.

Thanks so much for a wonderful life-long friend! I’m taking good care of him- he’s spoiled.

-Johnie

Rowdy again

Dasiy Doodle(now named Bohdi)and her human stopped back to say hello!

Daisy was very tired after the excitement of her first visit to see us! We fell head over heels with this little angel. Her new human Judy says she is mellow and a real cuddle bug at night. We are so glad these two found their perfect match :)

Sampson

'Sam', now known as Sampson, stopped by for a visit with his new humans. Sampson is still as goofy as ever and still a very big baby. His new Daddy says he is great with the kids and a very good boy.
